Dr. Thabo Masotja Ntuli
Founder & Managing Director

Dr. Ntuli is a Red Seal Boilermaker turned Industrial Entrepreneur, with over 18 years of
experience across heavy industry, petrochemical, power generation, fabrication, and cross-
border industrial projects.
He transitioned from hands-on technical artisan roles into executive leadership, founding and
scaling multiple operating businesses under Ntuli Group Holdings.
His leadership uniquely bridges:

Director
Mrs. Ncomeka Ntuli is a Director of Mpumelelo Artisan Training Centre (Pty) Ltd and plays a key role in supporting the strategic and operational growth of the organisation.
She has been part of the organisation since its inception, providing unwavering support and
contributing to the stability, development, and long-term sustainability of the business.
Her role includes:
