Welcome to Mpumelelo
Mpumelelo Artisan Training Centre (Pty) LTD is a fully grown and registered academy which accommodates plus or minus 50 students per quarter. Two classes are being conducted every day, morning and afternoon. After successfully completing the course, learner obtains a certificate, thereafter is a qualified artisan and will be competent enough to start working. We also recommend that students attain CAT 5 Certificates afterwards.
As a practical training centre MATC strongly focus on employable skills training in the following; boiler making, pipefitting and welding. We provide students with the necessary skills in a workshop environment over a period of 90 days or above. MATC assist students by updating their curriculum vitae`s and job seeking.
Pipe Fitting
Pipe fitting is the occupation of installing or repairing piping or tubing systems that convey liquid, gas, and occasionally solid materials. This work involves selecting and preparing pipe or tubing, joining it together by various means, and the location and repair of leaks.
